How to solve the Internal Server Error in wordpress while hosting in godaddy.

Recently I have published a website in godaddy.com, first time when i was publishing  into their server I did not expect any issue. after that I need to modify a lot of changes in website so I have to host it once more.
secondly I republished the website then i had expected this kind of problem.

after that i tried to solve this problem searching through google it showed  .htaccess file could not read from browser you have to set the permission as readability then i downloaded the .htaccess file after remove that file from server then again i have  uploaded  the downloaded same .htaccess file with out any changes.
It worked well.
